Returns:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.
  • If the desired item is of greater value, a refund for the original purchase will be issued, and a new order can be placed.
  • Exchanged items must meet the same criteria as returns (unused, in original packaging, resalable condition).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation that were included with the original shipment.
  3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
